It doesn’t need to be weird to be the spirit of God. We need to raise up mature Jesus followers who are equipped to do the work Jesus did in a naturally supernatural way. The world needs believers to be equipped in the gifts, making the Kingdom’s reality present and powerful, if we are to see a sustained awakening.
Helping leaders find healthy answers for their communities is exactly what Convergence Coaching is all about. Every community is different and has a unique and significant calling with their own expressions and passions for Kingdom breakthrough. As such, what works for one may not work for another. Our role is not to tell a pastor or leader what to do, but to come alongside of them and help them unwrap the journey the Lord is already birthing in and through them. There are healthy and unhealthy transitions. Our desire is to partner with you to assure your community experiences a healthy, powerful, life-changing transformation. It isn’t to simply impact the Church or ministry community alone, but release the Kingdom’s impact in the towns, villages, cities, and regions we already serve.
