Emotional Wholeness

Are you feeling tired? Burnt out? Maybe you struggle with anxiety or you never know where you stand in your friendship circles? Or perhaps you’re aware you need to become more self-aware, and want to pursue emotional health but don’t know where to begin? This single-day conference isn’t a self-help event, we will be teaching and training you in how to partner with Holy Spirit while pursuing emotional wholeness. Regardless of your career and calling, we are all meant to not just survive, but thrive, and one of the greatest ways is by taking care of our spirit and our heart. You will leave feeling empowered, with practical, helpful tools that you can use everyday, for both yourself or your relationships with others.  

You will learn what it means to: 

- Check-in with (and care for) your heart 

- Be powerful (and walk in it) 

- Set healthy boundaries 

- Process emotions and feelings  

- … and so much more!  

Jay and Erinn are passionate about the pursuit of emotional wholeness, and have both been learning and growing in this arena for nearly 15 years. Jay began his journey at NYACK College, and Erinn began hers at Toronto Airport Church’s School of Ministry, which eventually led them to meet at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, where God continued the inner healing and emotional health journey.
