Understanding and Shifting Atmospheres

There are atmospheres in the spiritual realms we touch everyday, though unaware. How many times have you walked into a place and suddenly you're aware that perhaps you shouldn’t be there. Or perhaps you were feeling down and you went to a place and suddenly that dark cloud seems to lift, or the opposite happens, you were in a good mood and now you are agitated and don't understand why. In all of these cases, you may be experiencing a spiritual atmosphere. Our spirit engages the world around us in ways we often don't understand. We all have experienced being around a certain person and feeling anxious, or uplifted, aggravated or calmed. Again, you are experiencing an atmosphere.
