One Spirit | One Family is our annual spring conference, but it's become so much more than that... it's become a family reunion. The main feedback we've received from these yearly events is that people come, not knowing what to expect, and immediately feel like they're part of the family upon arrival. By the time the weekend is done, they leave having met brothers and sisters they'd never known before, making lifelong connections and beautiful friendships. Along with the familial environment, you'll be surrounded by celebration, powerful worship, foundational teaching from global speakers, and testimonies from your dear neighbor... and maybe even you! If there's one thing we're more sure of than ever, it's that God is on the move, and He's searching for a unified Bride. It's time we tear down denominational walls and pursue His Presence and power TOGETHER!

In 1999, Will walked into the basement of a church not knowing why he was there. That night the Holy Spirit reached out and grabbed him by the heart and he was never the same. Since then Will and his wife Musy have traveled and ministered with Bob Bradbury, Randy Clark and Rolland and Heidi Baker. Will’s call is to take the simplicity of the gospel and power of the Holy Spirit wherever he goes.
In 2016, Heidi & Rolland Baker asked Will to take over as Iris Global’s Chief Operating Officer. Now, in addition to traveling the globe speaking as an itinerant, he operationally runs Iris Global. Will also hosts a podcast called The Global Green Room, where he interviews and has conversations with people like Steffany Gretzinger, Randy Clark, Larry Randolph, Tom Jones, etc.
Will was in Israel with Heidi Baker this past October, leading their annual Harvest School when Israel was attacked and they were trapped in the country. They continued to hold their classes and minister on the streets in between running to and from bomb shelters, and eventually were able to escape. This was an incredible time of faith and testimonies, as believers all over the world prayed for their safety, along with the students, and every single person made it safely home!
Danny Steyne is about The Mountain Of The Lord, recoined by Jesus as The Kingdom of God. He doesn’t live for his ministry but for the ministry of Jesus throughout the earth. His purpose is to release that message and the impact of it wherever he goes. His desire is to bless The Church that Jesus initiated so that it will look like the Church that Jesus wants.
Danny is a best selling author on Amazon. He has been in ministry as a both a pastor and a father to many. Through forty plus years of ministry there have been many miracles, healings, and signs & wonders but his hearts’ intention is to bring people into an intimacy with Jesus and passionate and effective love for the lost and the found. He travels throughout the world carrying this message of love, joy, freedom, and hope. He is married to his best friend Karen.
Joyce Reed is a passionate minister of the gospel ordained by White House Christian Ministries. Having served her country as a Naval Officer for over 21 years, she transitioned to serving the greater good of the call of God to train and equip the Army of the Lord. She and her husband Carlton have ministered over 15 years in numerous ministry roles, as prophet, teacher, preacher, and evangelist equipping the Body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission. This Apostolic authority demonstrates the love of Christ through bold declarations of the finished work of the Cross. Her unique presentation of the Gospel has enabled her to minister to many globally serving at various gatherings including, marriage seminars, women’s conferences, prayer movements, tent crusades and missionary assignments in Haiti, Brazil, New Zealand, Nigeria and Australia.
David Wagner is known for his passion for Jesus Christ and his love for people. He is recognized as a relevant and accurate prophetic voice that God is using all over the earth today. He uses his prophetic gifting to empower, equip, and encourage people to discover their destiny and identity in Christ. Dave has a strong gift of mercy and carries a special grace to communicate the Father's Heart to people all over the world. He is passionate about reaching the lost, healing the hurting, and restoring the broken through the powerful word of God and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
Phill Urena is a pastor, teacher, author, coach, and itinerant speaker. He is the founder of Kingdom Convergence, a ministry devoted to empowering the saints to live from the reality of God’s love and equipping the church to make Jesus known through His signs and wonders. He’s co-launched Convergence School of Ministry, Kingdom Leadership Initiative, and The School of the Prophetic all under Kingdom Convergence’s umbrella, as well as led countless worship and weekend conference events.
Phill has written two books, “The Father’s Intention” and “Redefining Grace,” and has been interviewed on several podcasts, including The Shaun Tabbatt Show and Power Hour of Prayer with Ren Schuffman. He loves to travel, both in the US and internationally (most recently to South Africa for a second time), imparting and releasing the Kingdom everywhere he goes. Phill has a heart to see sons and daughters come home to the Father, and walk in the fullness of their calling and what Jesus paid for. Phill is married to his best friend Patti, has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
